You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use our website:

  • In violation of any applicable law or regulation;

  • To submit false, misleading or unlawful information;

  • In a manner that may damage or interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • To introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technologies; or

3. Our Services

Descriptions of services displayed on our website are provided for general information purposes.
The specific scope of a project, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms and other requirements may be agreed separately through a quotation, contract, project brief, written approval or other written agreement between BEE CC and the client.
Where specific written project terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms agreed for that project will take precedence.

4. Quotations and Project Approval

Quotations provided by BEE CC will remain valid for the period specified in the relevant quotation, unless otherwise stated.
Written approval of a quotation or project, payment of a required fee or an express instruction to commence work may constitute acceptance of the relevant project terms.
Work requested outside the agreed project scope may be subject to additional charges.

5. Fees and Paymen

Fees, payment dates and payment schedules for our services will be specified in the relevant quotation or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for making payments by the agreed due dates.
Late payment may result in the suspension of work or delivery.
BEE CC reserves the right to withhold project files, final deliverables or ongoing services until overdue payments have been settled.

6. Project Scope and Changes

Each project will be carried out according to the scope agreed between BEE CC and the client.
Significant changes requested after a project has commenced and which fall outside the agreed scope may:

  • Affect the project timeline;

  • Require additional work; and

  • Result in additional charges.

Where appropriate, BEE CC may notify the client of additional time or costs before proceeding with such work.

7. Revisions

The number or scope of revisions included in a project may be specified in the relevant quotation or project agreement.
Revisions falling outside the agreed scope, requiring substantial reworking of previously approved material or significantly changing the direction of a project may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing the information, materials, feedback and approvals reasonably required to complete the project in a timely manner.
These may include:

  • Copy and written content;

  • Logos and brand assets;

  • Photographs and videos;

  • Product or service information;

  • Technical information;

  • Required account or platform access; and

  • Approvals and feedback.

Delays caused by the client may affect agreed delivery dates.

9. Client-Supplied Materials

The client confirms that they have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to use and provide any text, images, logos, photographs, videos, fonts or other materials supplied to BEE CC.
BEE CC will not be responsible for third-party intellectual property claims arising from materials supplied by the client.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in drafts, concepts, ideas, presentations, working files and unused creative work produced by BEE CC remain the property of BEE CC.
Rights to use or ownership of final approved deliverables may be transferred or licensed to the client following full payment of all fees relating to the relevant project.
Third-party fonts, stock imagery, video, music, software, templates and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licence terms.

11. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BEE CC may display completed projects that have been made public as examples of our work in our portfolio, website, social media channels, presentations and promotional materials.
Projects subject to confidentiality obligations may be excluded from such use.

12. Working and Source Files

Final delivery formats will depend on the agreed project scope.
Working files, source files, editable design files and other internal materials used during the development of a project are not necessarily included in the final delivery unless expressly included within the agreed project scope.

13. Cancellation or Suspension

If a client cancels or indefinitely suspends a project after work has commenced, BEE CC reserves the right to charge for work completed up to the date of cancellation or suspension.
Whether any payments already made are refundable will depend on the amount of work completed, costs incurred and the relevant project agreement.
BEE CC may also suspend or terminate a project where payments remain outstanding, required materials are not provided or the working relationship cannot reasonably continue.

14. Third-Party Services

Our projects or website may rely upon or interact with third-party platforms, software and services.
These may include hosting providers, social media platforms, printing services, domain providers, advertising platforms and other digital services.
BEE CC is not responsible for interruptions, changes, data loss or technical issues caused by third-party services where these circumstances are outside our reasonable control.
